Food At the Center
The Center Kitchen serves nourishing vegetarian food and we use organic produce and vegetables from our garden as much as possible. We provide for dairy and gluten free diets. Please note we cannot provide for special diets. You are welcome to bring your own supplementary food and prepare it in the kitchens in the Guesthouse. The Guesthouse kitchens can be used for vegetarian cooking or serving pre-cooked meat or fish.
